Refund policy

All Ammor Paris products are made to order. Therefore we do not accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.
We accept returns only in these situations:

Defective or damaged items
Incorrect item shipped

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:

Send an email to info@ammorparis.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will reply within 48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before purchasing.
